The Company
Lok Tai On Toys was founded 1965 in Macau and has since grown into a major OEM manufacturer in Macau, Zhu Hai, and Zhong Shan in Southern Guang Dong province.
Our mission is to provide manufacturing services to our customers starting from product development to the final stages of production; products ranging from toys, housewares, bakeware, plastic drink wares and juvenile products, We take pride in our top notch performance, high quality, great value, and timely delivery schedule. We continuously enhance/improve our production facilities, efficiency, and technical know-how to better service our customers, in an effort to stay at the forefront of the manufacturing industry.
We have more than a thousand workers in 2 locations totaling 500,000 sq.ft. of floor space. Our facilities are equipped with an over hundred-PC-networked Manufacturing Resources Planning system to monitor each phase of production cycle.

Hard plastic goods production: We have a total of 96 injection- molding machines, 200 spray painting booths, 10 forty-feet conveyors, 30 ultrasonic welding machines, 10 pad-printing machine and we also do heat transfer labels and In-Mold-Labeling (IML).

Soft goods and toys production: we have 8 Roto-casting machines, Sluch molding,
5 three-needles, 10single needles hair rooting machines, and a sewing shop.
In house mold maintenance facilities: Fully equipped with milling machines, lathes, drilling machines, EDM machines, shaping machines, surface grinders, pantograph engraving machines and welding machines, whereby we can create prototyping.
Also, we are able to make non-toxic gel; that can be used in baby products and housewares.
