Lok Tai On Toys was founded 1965 in Macau and has since grown into a major OEM manufacturer in Macau, Zhu Hai, and Zhong Shan in Southern Guang Dong province. Our mission is to provide manufacturing services to our customers in toys, houseware, bakeware, drinking products, baby products, and office supplies, etc. starting from product development to the final stages of production.

We take pride in our top /notch performance, high quality, great value, and timely delivery schedule. We continuously enhance/improve our production facilities, efficiency, and technical know-how to better service our customers, in an effort to stay at the forefront of the manufacturing industry.

Our People

Our Management team consists of a group of highly trained & experienced professionals who works together to serve our customers. Our quality and engineering teams are all led by project managers with access to product research and development activities. Our in-house technicians will work in conjunction with you to develop the product from its’ original concept to it’s final stages. Our technicians are skillful and well trained professionals with a large amount of years of experience.

Our Facilities

For Non-Stick Bakeware production, we have 6 hydraulic press, 15 stamping machines, and 2 high quality automatic pretreatment, phoshating, and imported electrostatic spraying prodution line.

For hard plastic goods production, we have a total of 63 injection molding machines which include the latest high precision Japanese electrical molding machines. 200 spray painting booths, 10 forty-feet conveyors, 30 ultrasonic welding machines, 10 pad-printing machine and we also do heat transfer labels and IML.

For soft goods and toys production, we have 8 Roto-casting machines, Sluch molding, 5 three-needles, 15 single needles hair rooting machines, and a sewing shop.

We have in house mold maintenance facilities which is fully equipped with milling machines, lathes, drilling machines, EDM machines, shaping machines, surface grinders, pantograph engraving machines and welding machines, whereby we can create prototyping.

We also have FDA approved Gel Products used for Baby teethers, drinking products of houseware.

We have more than 800 workers in 2 locations totaling 500,000 sq.ft. of floor space.
